If you sign up to one of our courses, Radically Open Ltd (registered company 9333062) will collect and keep your personal details such as your name, email and postal address on a secure database that can only be accessed by company staff. This information is used to
1. Register you for the training and send you the invoice for the training you have signed up to. To this end, your details will be entered into a secure accountancy software program.
2. Send you information about the training via email.
3. Create an online account on our e-learning website https://radicallyopen-blendedlearning.net/. This website is used to send you information about the upcoming training and other things relating to RO DBT that we hope you will find useful. You can login to this website yourself to find more information about the training. An account will be created using your name and email address a couple of weeks before the start of the training. We will keep your name and email address on this system in case you want to reactivate your account once your free access has expired 3 months after the end of part 2 of the intensive training. If you do not use your account for more than 365 days we will automatically remove your details, but you can also ask for your details to be removed sooner than that, at any time.
All data is stored securely on password protected devices or software programs. We will never share your personal details with anyone else outside of our company.
If you wish us to remove your personal details from our systems please contact email@example.com and we will comply with your request (this will mean you will no longer be able to attend our courses, online or in person).
