Michael Maslar, PsyD, is Director of Mindfulness and Behavior Therapies at the Family Institute at Northwestern University. He is trained in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy, standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Treatment, and other behavioral and mindfulness based therapies, and works with adolescents, adults, couples ad families. His interests and expertise include working with disorders of over and undercontrol, depression, anxiety, PTSD, alternative lifestyles, and spirituality.
