What is the duration of each RO DBT training level?

The duration of training is at the discretion of each individual user. However, we can tell you the approximate lenght!

Level 1: Approximately 8 hours.
Level 2 RO Skills Instructor: Approximately 22.5 hours.
Level 2 RO DBT Practitioner: Approximately 41 hours.
Level 3 RO Skills Instructor Pathway: 2 days.
Level 3 RO DBT Practitioner Pathway: 3.5 days
