I am also a RO DBT senior clinician and approved supervisor and provide RO DBT consultation for individuals and groups outside of Abri. I do see a limited number of clients for RO DBT. We offer two paths in our RO-DBT program: 1) Comprehensive therapy where the client will work with a trained RO-DBT clinician weekly and attend the skills class to make steps towards their goals collaboratively or 2) Skills Class Only where the client attends two orientation sessions with a trained RO-DBT therapist and then attends the weekly skills class to individually deepen their own skills to reduce the ways overcontrolled coping is negatively effecting their life.
