At Suffolk DBT, we provide the full Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) treatment model, which includes individual therapy sessions, skills classes, phone coaching, and clinician consultation. Our current skills classes are designed for adults ages 18 and older who reside in New York. We currently offer one live, online class and anticipate launching an in-person class in the near future. In addition to RO-DBT, Suffolk DBT offers a range of evidence-based treatments, including comprehensive DBT, DBT-PE, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
