RO DBT Clinics UK is a private practice partnership set up by Alex Fowke, Ian Wootton and Helen Brice who are all experienced and intensively-trained RO DBT therapists. We have been delivering a comprehensive RO DBT programme since 2017, and we have expanded our team to include a number of other intensively-trained therapists. The full RO DBT programme is available to anyone aged 18 or over. It comprises weekly individual sessions alongside 30 online skills training classes. In some cases we may be able to provide individual sessions only or skills classes only and would be happy to discuss this as part of the assessment process. We are able to work with families and partners to provide RO DBT-informed psychoeducational support. Individual RO DBT-informed treatment is available for those who are aged from 13 years, and a specific under-18s skills class will be coming soon.
