I offer in person (on request) and telehealth to my Michigan clients and only telehealth to my New York clients. I am also intensively trained in DBT (with behaviortech) and ERP (with CTSA of UPENN). I accept most insurances as an out of network provider (I handle all of the insurance paperwork and submitting of superbills, you only pay your co-pay with me) and provide a sliding scale for session fees.
